Rosemary has over twenty years’ experience in all aspects of HR, facilitation and developing leadership teams, gained in a number of FTSEl00 companies. Rosemary works with companies who believe they will deliver the best results by investing in the development of their leaders and leadership teams. She enjoys working with senior teams to develop their vision, strategy and culture, being prepared to challenge and provide the support needed to make a difference.
Her client base includes Investment banking, city law firms, construction, retail, manufacturing and professional services. She has experience of working in Europe, US and Asia.
After gaining BA Hons Degree in Modern Languages at Manchester University, Rosemary added to her professional experience with a second degree in Psychology with the Open University. She has a diploma in counselling from the British Association of Counselling and is a qualified NLP practitioner. She completed her MSc in Organisational Coaching at Ashridge Business School. Rosemary is accredited in using Strengthscope profiling.
Her book – Leadership Development – a Guide for HR and Training Professionals was published by Butterworth Heinemann. She is a visiting lecturer at Warwick Business School. In 2015 Rosemary was appointed as Non Exec Chairman of Vectis Holdings which allows her to contribute to the commercial strategy of a business and focus on development of a strong leadership culture that enables people to perform at their best under tight financial constraints.
