Gareth Ford Gareth joined Represent in 2017 and is a Learning and Development specialist with extensive experience in the assessment and development of leaders and managers gained across the public and private sectors.

Gareth thrives on working with managers and leaders to develop their capability, acting as a coach, mentor, facilitator and thinking partner. He adopts a collaborative approach through insightful questioning which provides both support and challenge. He has a relaxed, friendly, subtle style and aims to create a space for calm reflection and an environment that helps client’s think at their best.

Gareth has specialised in management development since 1995. He started his career with a major bank in 1981, achieving success in operational roles and specialised in training and management development. He subsequently joined one of the world’s most respected engineering consultancies in 2001 where he gained considerable experience specialising in career and leadership development both for the organisation’s employees and its clients.

Gareth is committed to his own personal development and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers; qualified to British Psychological Society Levels A&B in Psychometric Testing; a Licensed practitioner for SHL OPQ32, MBTI, Insights Discovery, Bar-On EQi, and; holds a Certificate in Coaching Level 5 from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
