If people are going to behave in different ways, they need the skills to do so. The identification of development needs and meeting those needs in appropriate ways, is paramount to success.

It is a simple fact that people who feel good about themselves perform better. Once people have developed the skills required, they need to celebrate their newfound competence. Reward systems at both individual and team level need to be aligned with the desired culture and appropriate to the individuals concerned.
