Developing teams
We believe that effective team working is a strategic imperative, not a choice. We provide challenge, support and a variety of interventions to accelerate team effectiveness, develop collaborative teams and transform dysfunctional teams into high performing teams.

We work with you to design an event for 5 - 500 people, using both indoor or outdoor activities. For examples of what we can provide please call us to discuss further.

Vision and Values Workshop

We recently spent two days with a leading city firm, working with them to develop their understanding of their business vision and values.

Through a number of creative team exercises, the teams developed a shared understanding of their vision for the team. Each team then presented their perspective of the agreed values for the team and how these values translate into day to day business behaviour.

The team presented back a series of impressive mini shows to demonstrate these new behaviours using drama, poetry and mime!

Creating an aligned platform of vision, values and behaviours has given the group a clear direction and sense of shared purpose in the role they take on within the business
